Greetings for the first time in a very long while. The result of having too much to do and not enough free time to get it done. We all have the same amount of time in a day, technically speaking. But our 24 hours all look different from the inside out.

Example: As I compose this latest Dose Dispatch, I am waiting for my dad to get here. My wife is taking a nap on the couch, and my son is playing video games with his friends. Ready Player One style in 2022! So before the Starbucks run commences with Buffa Sr., here are some of my recent articles that I am proud of.
