The Frank O. Pinion Entertainment Segment Episode #76: Charles Dickens film tales, ‘Cobra Kai’, and bad X-Men spin-offs

Sometimes, the work should be left on the page.

It can be a comic book spin that created a new world of characters outside the beloved ones, translating the magic of a literary legend, or simply taking a piece of 80’s furniture, and fitting it to your liking.

Welcome to the recap of the latest segment with Frank O. Pinion on The Large Morning Show in The Afternoon, via 590 The Fan KFNS. While I label this the 76th episode, that once again hinges on the fact that these capsules began with my induction into the Critics Choice Association, formerly known as The Broadcast Film Critics Association. November will mark three years on the show, and I couldn’t be happier on a Tuesday basis. Now, back to what I was saying.

I reviewed three new movies/TV shows on last week’s segment: The new Charles Dickens film adaptations, “The Personal History of David Copperfield;” The new X-Men export, “New Mutants;” and Netflix’s “Karate Kid” television series update, “Cobra Kai.”

Two good and one bad. Can you guess which ones fell on the chart of review?

I would tell you more, but you will have to actually click this link and listen to me talk about all three and more with Frank, Tim, Limey, and Dan Strauss. Just know that this Daniel is Team Johnny Lawrence.

Enjoy and see you next week, entertainment fans.
